Roll Off Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

Customer agrees to pay Pink Dumpsters, LLC $65 per ton for roll off dumpster in excess of the tonnage limit for the container size selected. Roll off dumpster content weight will be determined after pick up when contents are weighed at the material recycling facility, transfer station or landfill.

Roll Off Dumpster Initial Price Quote Includes:

30 Day Rental – If roll off dumpster is needed beyond 30 days, customer needs to call and inform Pink Dumpsters, LLC at 414-427-8300

Roll Off Dumpster Additional Fees That May Apply:

$65.00 per ton in excess of tonnage limit noted on our website, rental agreement, receipt, invoice, work order, or verbally disclosed at the time of order placement. (Amount Subject to Change)
Restricted Item Fee – If items inside the roll of container are different than the material type listed on our website, rental agreement, receipt, invoice, work order, or verbally disclosed at the time of order placement. Amount of fee will be dependent on the type of material.
Offload/Rearrange Fee – In the event that items in the roll of dumpster are above the fill line and needs to be offloaded or rearranged by driver. Amount of fee is dependent on the time required.
$25.00 Dig Out Fee – Fee Charged when equipment, such as an excavator, is needed to release contents of roll of dumpster upon dumping at the material recycling facility, landfill or transfer station.

$95.00 Trip Charge – A trip charge will be charged when: Upon delivery or pick-up, conditions at the location exist that won’t allow the delivery or pick-up to be completed. Common causes of trip charges are, obstructed delivery location, roll off dumpsters being filled over the level line, filled with restricted items, cars blocking safe access to the roll off dumpster, or site conditions such as snow, ice, soft soil and others. Additional trip is needed to relocate roll off dumpster. (Amount Subject to Change)

Additional Terms & Conditions

Customer is responsible for calling Pink Dumpsters, LLC at 414-427-8300 when roll of dumpster is available for pickup.

Charges: Customer hereby lease from Pink Dumpsters, LLC all units identified on the rental agreement and any replacements/substitute units. Customer will pay all charges due Pink Dumpsters, LLC on demand in US currency or by Pink Dumpsters, LLC accepted credit card or other form of payment acceptable to Pink Dumpsters, LLC. Pink Dumpsters, LLC may charge any amounts due Pink Dumpsters, LLC against any credit card used in connection with the rental. Customers will be charged a fee for any check used for payment of charges that is returned to Pink Dumpsters, LLC unpaid for any reason whatsoever.

Customer affirms that any private right-of-way provided by customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll off dumpster is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire roll off dumpster placement site. Pink Dumpsters, LLC shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying or adjacent subsurface including lawns or any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.

Customer agrees that the unit is in good and usable condition with no apparent defects and is fit for the customer’s rental purpose. Customer is liable for any damage done to the roll of dumpster when on customer’s job site or property. Customer is to inspect and note any existing damage at time of container drop/placement.

Pink Dumpsters, LLC makes no guarantees on timeliness of roll off dumpster pickup. We will do our best to accommodate customer requests, but pickup days and times are dependent on current workload, customer location, availability of the proper equipment and access to the roll off dumpster. Pink Dumpsters, LLC shall not be held liable for any fees or charges by contractors, homeowners, or any third parties in association with roll off dumpster being on site.

Pink Dumpsters, LLC reserves the right to place a roll off dumpster on site that is larger than the size ordered. Customer agrees to only fill the roll of dumpster to a level equal to the amount of the size ordered or pay an additional charge for the excess waste. Example: Customer orders a 12 cubic yard dumpster, Pink Dumpsters, LLC delivers a 15 cubic yard dumpster, customer agrees to only fil 4/5 of roll off dumpster, or if customer fills completely then the customer is liable to pay additional charges equal to the current price difference between a 12 cubic yard dumpster and 15 cubic yard dumpster.

Customer agrees that material must be level at the top of the container, nothing can be sticking out of the top of roll off dumpster. In the event that material exceeds the top level, the dumpster is subject to refusal of pick up until the excess is offloaded, driver offloading, or rearrangement. Additional fees will be charged accordingly for the overfilled dumpster.

Customer is responsible for all contents placed in and around the roll off dumpster while on site, including materials placed in and around the dumpster during service delays and by third parties.

Absolutely NO hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint, no liquids), flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil, lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, barrels, animals, all liquids. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and obtain the proper municipal permit that may be required to place a dumpster on a municipal rite-of-way including streets, alleys, or sidewalks.

It is not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of roll off dumpster. However, when reviewing customer answers to delivery questions, the driver will use their best judgment and place the roll off dumpster in the safest accessible area when delivering or in an area clearly marked by customer as placement spot. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, customer will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the roll off dumpster should it be necessary. For removal, customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional trip charges.

Neither customer nor customer’s insurer shall have any claim against Pink Dumpsters, LLC for any loss and/or damage to any container’s contents under any condition either during storage, relocation, or transportation of container. Insurance for container contents is the customer’s sole responsibility. Pink Dumpsters, LLC does not provide or extend any insurance. Customer further agrees to maintain the container in good condition as it is customer’s responsibility to preform weekly inspections of the containers exterior to be assured the unit is in good working order. You lease the container “as-is”. Pink Dumpsters shall not be liable for any damages, loss of profits, loss or damage to property stored in or around the container, loss of income, personal injury, death or other damages, direct of indirect, consequential or otherwise of you or your agents of invitees for any reason. You shall indemnify, hold harmless, defend and reimburse Pink Dumpsters, LLC and its members, employees and agents from and against losses, damages, death, claims, injuries, costs and attorney’s fees arising directly or indirectly from the use, delivery, removal or condition of containers, the loss of, damage to or destruction of container and/or contents any fine, liens, tax, penalty, towing, impound or other charges arising form your use of the container or your breach of lease. Containers shall not be attached or affixed to real property.

Use of Unit: Pink Dumpsters, LLC makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, performance, quality, design, condition, safety or security of units or compliance with law and you agree to have solely determined that the units are suitable for your intended use. Customers will NOT use or permit the unit to be used: in violation of any Federal, State or Local law, ordinance or regulation, to store, treat, transport or dispose of any regulated toxic or hazardous substance or waste (including without limitation, corrosive, infectious, poisonous, flammable, explosive or radiological substances and medical waste) as defined in any law.
